The 13 Georgia Family Connection county Collaboratives of Region 2, located in the northeast Georgia mountains, recently published their quarterly newsletter featuring highlights from Collaborative accomplishments. Here’s just some of the work they’ve been up to.

Since 1997 the 13 county Collaboratives, located in the northeast Georgia mountains, have leveraged more than $30 million to improve the quality of life for children and families.
Crisp County’s Father Daughter Dance is an annual event held the first Friday of each February. While the purpose of the event is to celebrate the bond a little girl has with her father or a father figure, it also serves as a fundraiser for the Crisp County Community Council, the local Family Connection Collaborative.
