Georgia Family Connection Collaboratives Launch New Websites

Bringing community members together to ensure that all children and families are healthy, safe, and thriving
Georgia Family Connection is thrilled to announce the launch of new, redesigned websites for county Collaboratives to better provide families, partners, and community members with easy access to data, resources, news, inspiring stories, and event listings.
The sites offer a cleaner and more attractive design that responds to laptop, mobile devices, and tablets; a more engaging user experience with enhanced search and navigation; and new features, including a resource directory and event schedule.
As Georgia Family Connection celebrates 30 years of strengthening communities in 2021, the aim for these websites is to bring community members together to help meet counties’ evolving needs and most pressing concerns, foster meaningful connections within our communities, and help ensure that all children and families are healthy, safe, and thriving.
To find your county’s website, type in the county name.gafcp.org (for example, appling.gafcp.org). For Montgomery, Treutlen, and Wheeler counties, visit tricounty.gafcp.org.
