Georgia Title V is seeking public input for the for the FY12 Title V Maternal and Child Health (MCH) Block Grant application. Your feedback will help Georgia Title V improve its programs and ensure that it is moving in the right direction.   

In addition to providing your comments, Georgia Title V asks that you forward this request to the partners in your network. The deadline for submitting your comments is Friday, July 6.
