Communications
Family
Connection Partnership's communications are originated through our
Public Affairs and Policy team. Communications efforts include:
- Designing,
developing and implementing communications strategies that support
the objectives of FCP, while raising public visibility of the
organization's mission and services.
- Promoting
the work and publicizing the successes of Family Connection county
collaboratives.
- Enhancing
positive relationships with current and potential partners and
funders.
Communications
activities include:
- Marketing
Communications
- Writing, editing and coordinating production of marketing communications
materials about products and services, including marketing packages,
various reports, brochures, newsletters, presentations, displays,
mailings, and videos; partnering with other organizations to develop
public awareness materials; and assisting in planning and coordinating
special events.
- Web
Site Support - Writing/editing content for the FCP Web site;
and increasing marketing opportunities and customer satisfaction
via the Web.
- Media
Relations - Writing/distributing press releases, media alerts,
editorials, public service announcements, letters to the editor,
and feature articles to the media that feature FCP and Family
Connection county collaborative functions, services, successes
and events; and coordinating additional publicity opportunities
with the media on behalf of Family Connection collaboratives.
- Special
Reports
- Assisting in the writing, editing and print production of FCP
and Family Connection collaborative special reports, including
researching, writing and editing information about achievements
and overall impact/results, and coordinating the design, printing
and distribution process.
All
of FCP's communications are designed to promote the ongoing work
in local communities to improve results for Georgia's children and
families.
